18.48.190 Trade schools. C. Accessory structures and uses located on the same site as a condition- al use. If the director of public works finds, upon application by the property owner, that compliance is not feasible 18.48.220 Off-Street Parking: Off-street parking facilities shall be provided for each use as prescribed in chapter 18.88 of this title.
