The applicant is in compliance <br />with all applicable requirements of <br />chapter 9.04 of this code. <br />D. (Ord. <br />1821 § 1, 2001; Ord. 1665 § 4, 1995; <br />Prior Code § 2-7.20(3)) <br />18.48.170 Conditional Uses - <br />Generally: <br />The conditional uses provided in <br />sections 18.48.180 through 18.48.200 <br />of this chapter shall be permitted upon <br />the granting of a use permit in accord <br />with the provisions of chapter 18.124 <br />of this title. (Prior Code § 2-7.21) <br />18.48.180 Conditional Uses - I-P <br />District: <br />The following conditional uses shall <br />be permitted in an I-P district: <br />Accessory structures and uses located <br />on the same site as a conditional use. <br />Churches and similar religious and <br />meeting facilities in existing structures. <br />Firearm sales in which no more than <br />ten (10) firearms are stored on-site at <br />any one time and the majority of fire- <br />arms are sold through catalogs, mail <br />order, or at trade shows. <br />Fortunetelling, palmistry, augury, <br />and related uses. <br />Garden centers. <br />Motion picture production. <br />Nurseries. <br />Public or private recreation facilities. <br />Public utility and public service <br />pumping stations, equipment buildings <br />and installations, service yards, power <br />stations, drainageways and structures, <br />reservoirs, percolation basins, well <br />fields, storage tanks and transmission <br />lines. <br />"Radioactive materials uses" as de- <br />fined in section 18.08.445 of this title. <br />Recycling collection facilities, large. <br />Recycling collection facilities, small. <br />Restaurants and soda fountains, not <br />including drive-in establishments. <br />Service stations, not including trailer <br />rental, providing all operations except <br />the sale of gasoline and oil and the <br />washing of cars shall be within a build- <br />538-3 (Pleasanton April 2001) <br />
