20.04.010 Chapter 20.04 ADMINISTRATIVE CODE Sections: 20.04.010 Uniform Administrative Code Adopted 20.04.020 Section 205(a) Added -Penalties For Violation 20.04.030 Fees 20.04.010 Uniform Administrative Code Adopted: A. There is adopted by reference that certain code known as the Uniform Ad- ministrative Code, as more pazticulazly described in this Section, except such portions as are amended, modified or deleted in this Chapter, and the same is adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length in this Chapter. B. The code is the Uniform Adminis- trative Code, 1997 Edition, prepared by the International Conference of Build- ing Officials, three (3) copies of which are on file with the City Clerk for use by the public. C. For the purposes of this Chapter, all references in the Uniform Adminis- trative Code to "Building Official" shall mean the Director of Building Inspec- tion, or in the absence of the Director, the Interim, Temporazy or Acting Di- rector of Building Inspection.
