<br />18.48.190 Conditional Uses - I-G
<br />District:
<br />The following conditional uses shall
<br />be permitted in an I-G District:
<br />A. Any use listed as a conditional
<br />use in Section 18.48.180 of this Chap-
<br />ter.
<br />B. The following uses, provided that
<br />the City Planning Commission shall
<br />make a specific finding that the use
<br />will conform with each of the required
<br />conditions prescribed for uses in the
<br />I-G District in Sections 18.48.050
<br />through 18.48.130 of this Chapter, in
<br />addition to the findings prescribed in
<br />Section 18.48.070 of this Chapter:
<br />Airports and heliports.
<br />Asphalt and asphalt products man-
<br />ufacture.
<br />Cement, lime, gypsum and plaster of
<br />Paris manufacture.
<br />Chemical products manufacture in-
<br />cluding acetylene, aniline dyes, am-
<br />monia, cazbide, caustic soda, cellulose,
<br />chlorine, cleaning and polishing prepa-
<br />rations, creosote, exterminating agents,
<br />hydrogen and oxygen, industrial alco-
<br />hol, nitrating of cotton or other materi-
<br />als, nitrates of an explosive nature,
<br />potash, pyroxyline, rayon yarn, and
<br />carbolic, hydrochloric, picric and
<br />sulfuric acids.
<br />Churches and similar religious and
<br />meeting facilities in existing structures.
<br />Drive-in theaters.
<br />Drop forges.
<br />Explosives manufacture and storage.
<br />Fertilizer manufacture.
<br />Film manufacture.
<br />Gas and oil wells.
<br />Incineration of garbage and refuse.
<br />Junkyazds.
<br />Linoleum and oil cloth manufacture.
<br />Manure, peat and topsoil processing
<br />and storage.
<br />Motor vehicle wrecking yazds.
<br />Paint manufacture including enamel,
<br />lacquer, shellac, turpentine and varnish.
<br />Paper mills.
<br />Petroleum and petroleum products
<br />storage.
<br />Radioactive material uses as defined
<br />in Section 18.08.445 of this Title.
