1.10.030 vestments and business positions in business entities and sources of income, interests in real property which are subject to the regulations, permits or licensing authority of the City. E. Disclosure Category 5: All desig- nated officials and employees in this disclosure category shall disclose all investments and business positions in business entities, and sources of income which engage in land development, construction, acquisition or sale of real property, and all interests in real prop- erty. F. Disclosure Category 6: All desig- nated officials and employees in this disclosure category shall disclose all in- vestments and business positions in business entities and income from sources which manufacture, sell or pro- vide supplies, materials, books, machin- ery, services or equipment of the type utilized by the agency.
