7.28.010 Chapter 7.28 LICENSING AND IMPOUNDING FEES as set forth in the fees and chazges resolution, which shall be added to the license fee and collected with the li- cense fee. (Ord. 1919 § 6, 2005; Prior Code § 4-5.37) 7.28.020 Failure To Procure License -Additional Charge: Any person who fails to procure within forty five (45) days of the date requiring such license shall, in addition to any penalty prescribed by this chap- ter, be subject to an additional chazge, 7.28.030 Exception -Service Dogs: Any service dog owned and used by a person with a disability shall be ex- empt from a license fee as specified in this chapter. As used in this section, a "service dog" means any guide dog, signal dog, or other dog trained to provide assistance to a person with a disability.
