15.20.180 15.20.180 Schedule Of Rates And Charges: A. User Charges: User charges shall be as set forth in table 15.20.180 of this section. B. District Connection Fees: The sewer connection fees for the Dublin San Ramon services district shall be as established by the board of directors of the district, as set forth in the master fee schedule'. C. City Connection Fees: 1. Each single-family dwelling unit shall pay a connection fee of five hun- dred dollars ($500.00). 2. All other users shall be assessed a connection fee, as determined by the director, based on the number of RDE, or portion thereof, to be discharged to the sewerage system at the rate of five hundred dollars ($500.00) per RDE. Customers who qualify for low income utility discounts through the LIRA, SSI, or SSDI programs from PG&E or cable television shall be given a 30 percent reduction in rates. Verification will be by submitting a copy of a bill from either utility showing the discount. 3. Discounts shall not be additive. ** The Ruby Hill rates are currently $37.70 monthly equating to $75.40 bimonthly. These rates, by contract with the city of Livermore, change when the city of Livermore sewer fees are adjusted.
