18.32.050 <br />D. Firearm sales. <br />E. Any process, equipment or materi- <br />al which has been determined by the <br />planning commission to be detrimental <br />or harmful to the public health, safety <br />or welfare or injurious to property. This <br />determination shall be made at a public <br />hearing set and noticed pursuant to <br />section 18.12.040 of this title and shall <br />be subject to review by or appeal to the <br />city council as set forth in section <br />18.124.090 of this title. (Prior Code § 2-6.16) <br />18.32.080 Signs: <br />No sign, outdoor advertising struc- <br />ture, or display of any character shall <br />be permitted in the R-1 districts except <br />as prescribed in chapter 18.96 of this <br />title.
