Construction staking· <br /> <br /> · Printing of plans and specifications. <br /> <br />S~RVICES BY TBECITY <br /> <br />CDr~'S attached scope of services is based upon the condition that the <br />following services will be provided by the City in connection with these <br />projects: <br /> <br /> · Labor and safety equtlmsnt to open and protect manholes to operate <br /> valves and hydcnts. <br /> <br /> · Daily, but not continuous, inspection services. <br /> <br />It iS estimated that ~e level of effort in performing Tasks 1 through <br />will be in the range of $35,000 to $45,000. <br /> <br />It is proposed that compensation tO ~ for engineering services as <br />outlined in Tasks I through 6, based upon normal hourly charge rates for <br />labor plus out-of-pocket expenses incurred specifically for this project <br />plus ten percent for handling as per the attached Billing Rate Schedule. <br /> <br />We will bagin shop drawing reviews the day following receipt oE <br />authorization and will continue our services in accordance with the <br />construction schedule. <br /> <br /> <br />
