Prepare plans, details and specifications necessary for <br /> construction of the Median including the following: <br /> <br /> 1. Cover sheet= <br /> <br /> 2. Construction and Grading plan, notes and legendl <br /> <br /> 3. Construction, Irrigation, and Planting detailst <br /> <br /> 4. Irrigation plan, notes and legendl <br /> <br /> 5. Planting plan, notes and legend= and <br /> <br /> 6. Specifications. <br /> <br /> B. Submit two sets of construction documents, at 80% and <br /> 100% completion, for review and approval by City staff. <br /> <br /> C. Prepare a detailed cost estimate. <br /> <br /> D. Prepare and submit the following for City use: <br /> 1. Thirty (30) sets of Bid Documents, <br /> <br /> 2. One (1) set of reproducible mylar plans and <br /> one (1) set of specifications for City~s archival <br /> records and future use. <br /> <br /> <br />
