Attached, please find a check in the amount of <br /> $5,536.79. The Owners Association will bill the City of <br /> Pleasanton on a monthly basis hereafter at the conclusion of <br /> each month. These invoices will become due and payable upon <br /> receipt. This maintenance will continue until such time as the <br /> City of Pleasanton notifies the Owners Association that the <br /> Hopyard Road landscape improvements described in your letter <br /> have been completed and the city, or some other entity, is <br /> prepared to assume maintenance. <br /> <br /> 4695 Chabot Drive.
