AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT is entered into this day of , <br /> <br />1989, by and between RESOURCES FOR FAMILY DEVELOPMENT, INC. <br />(hereinafter referred to as "Contractor"), and the CITY OF PT2ASANTON, <br />a municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as "City"). <br /> <br /> DUTIES: Contractor has agreed to provide services to City as <br />described in Attachment A. <br /> <br /> FEES: City shall compensate Contractor for the attached services <br />on a time and materials basis not to exceed $40,940.00. This fee will <br />be paid as invoices are submitted, with fees based on twelve equal' <br />installments. <br /> <br /> TERM: Services rendered pursuant to this contract will be for <br />the period July 1, 1989 through June 30, 1990. <br /> <br /> RECORDS: Contractor shall maintain records for program review, <br />evaluation, audit and/or other purposes and make them available to the <br />City upon request. Such records shall be kept on file for a minimum <br />of five years. Records will be available to the authorized <br />representative of the City at any time during normal business hours. <br /> <br /> OWNERSHIP AND USE OF DOCUMENTS: All client information files are <br />the property of Resources for Family Development and shall be <br />maintained in a confidential manner. All child care provider files <br />are the property of Resources for Family Development. All reports, <br />records and statistics developed in connection with this contract are <br />the property of the City of Pleasanton, with the exception of child <br />records and parent and provider files. Resources for Family <br />Development shall have full use of the statistics and reports. <br /> <br /> - 1 - <br /> <br /> <br />
