CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-289 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVINGTHEASSIGNMENTOF <br /> COMPUTER SYSTEM AGREEMENT FROM COMMAND <br /> DATA SYSTEMS TO US WEST <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Command Data Systems desires to assign to US West, <br /> Inc., or to any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, <br /> all of its rights and obligations, subsequent to <br /> June 30, 1989, under its Agreement dated November <br /> 11, 1987, as amended August 8, 1988, with the City <br /> of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves and consents to <br /> Command Data Systems' assignment to US West, or <br /> to any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, all of <br /> its rights and obligations, subsequent to June 30, <br /> 1989, under its Agreement dated November 11, 1987, <br /> and amended August 8, 1988, with the City of <br /> Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 18, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver <br /> and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None ~N~ET~H~ <br /> KEN R.
