CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-285 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FURTHER STUDY AND <br /> CONSTRUCTION OF A SOUNDWALL ON BERNAL <br /> AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 20, 1989, the City Council <br /> reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works <br /> and Utilities (SR 89:281) regarding the proposed <br /> construction of a soundwall on Bernal Avenue for <br /> those properties located on Pinot Court and Canelli <br /> Court; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves further study and the eventual <br /> construction of a soundwall on Bernal Avenue for <br /> those properties located on Pinot Court and Canelli <br /> Court. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 20, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> KENNETH R.
