PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MINUTES <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br />APPROVED <br />Wednesday, December 13, 2006 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Planning Commission meeting of December 13, 2006 was called to order at 7:06 p.m. by <br />Acting Chairperson Fox. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Donna Decker, Principal Planner; Steve Bocian, Assistant City <br />Manager; Julie Harryman, Assistant City Attorney; Wes Jost, <br />Development Services Manager; Marion Pavan, Associate Planner; <br />Mike Fulford, City Landscape Architect; Mike Tassano, City <br />Traffic Engineer; and Cory Emberson, Recording Secretary. <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Phil Blank, Anne Fox, Greg O'Connor, Arne <br />Olson, and Jennifer Peazce. <br />Commissioners Absent: None. <br />On behalf of the Planning Commission, Acting Chairperson Fox presented former Chairperson <br />Brian Arkin with a commendation and acknowledged his six and a half yeazs or service in the <br />Commission. Mr. Arkin thanked the Commission for the commendation and expressed his <br />appreciation to his family for allowing him to serve on the Commission. <br />Acting Chairperson Fox acknowledged former Commissioners Trish Maas and Mary Roberts, <br />who were present for the commendation, and thanked them as well for their yeazs of service on <br />the Planning Commission. <br />2.
