Mr. Bocian noted that paragraph 1 on page 5 addressed this issue, <br />stating that they maybe relocated to a comparable unit, with all relocation costs to be <br />assumed by the developer, including additional rent. <br />Acting Chairperson Fox expressed concern about the "as is" units becoming the <br />affordable units.
