<br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City Council Chambers <br /> <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br /> <br />APPROVED <br /> <br />Wednesday, September 13, 2006 <br /> <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The Planning Commission meeting of September 13, 2006, was called to order at <br />7:02 p.m. by Acting Chairperson Fox. <br /> <br /> <br />1.ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: Jerry Iserson, Director of Planning and Community <br />Development; Donna Decker, Principal Planner; Julie <br />Harryman, Assistant City Attorney; Wes Jost, Development <br />Services Manager, and Cory Emberson, Recording <br />Secretary. <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Phil Blank, Anne Fox, Greg O’Connor, <br />Arne Olson, and Jennifer Pearce. <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: Commissioner Brian Arkin. <br /> <br /> <br />2.APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />a. August 23, 2006 <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Connor advised that it should be noted after the third full paragraph of <br />page 11 that he had visited the subject site. <br /> <br />Acting Chairperson Fox advised that the second full paragraph of page 11 should be <br />modified to read as follows: “Commissioner Fox disclosed that she visited the site with <br />the applicant.” <br /> <br />The minutes were approved as amended. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES September 13, 2006 Page 1 of 23 <br /> <br /> <br />
