She encouraged the Commissioners to attend <br />the meetings and observe the process applications go through before they are forwazded <br />to the Commission. <br />Fire Snrinkler Ordinance <br />In response to Commissioner Blank's inquiry regazding the status of the Fire Sprinkler <br />Ordinance, Ms. Decker replied that the item will come before the City Council at its <br />August 15, 2006 meeting. She clarified that the staff report will not be on the ordinance <br />itself but would be requesting direction from the Council on how to proceed in terms of <br />information-gathering and the creation of the ordinance. <br />Commissioner Blank inquired if the Fire Department has been notified.
