ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Fresent: Donna Decker, Principal Planner; Janice Stern, Principal <br />Planner; Julie Harryman, Assistant City Attorney; Phil <br />Grnbstick, City Engineer; Mike Tassano, Acting City <br />Traffic Engineer; William Cody, Fire Chief; Eric Cazlson, <br />Fire Marshall; Damn Davis, Police Sergeant; and Cory <br />Emberson, Recording Secretary. <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Brian Arkin, Phil Blank, Anne Fox, Greg <br />O'Connor, Arne Olson, and Jennifer Peazce. <br />Commissioners Absent: None. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. June 14, 2006. <br />Chairperson Arkin requested that the minutes of June 14, 2006, be considered at the next <br />meeting. <br />Ms. Decker added that the minutes were created from handwritten notes due to the <br />malfunction of the audio recording equipment. She noted that a draft of the portion of the <br />minutes relating to PAP-93, Dennis and Barbara Georeatos (PADR-1472, Stan and <br />Stacev Kniehfl had been distributed but that the minutes in their entirety were still being <br />reviewed by staff. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES June 28, 2006 <br />Page 1 of 26 <br />
