May 24, 2006. <br />Commissioner Peazce advised that for clarity, the third sentence of pazagraph 4 on <br />page 32 should be modified to read as follows: "He noted that the minutes mention that <br />Commissioner Peazce was in favor of a path, but no mention is <br />made about his own vote." <br />Commissioner Fox requested that the use of the terms "path" and "sidewalk" on page 32 <br />be clazified. Ms. Decker noted that in the context of the Ponderosa project, the terms <br />were interchangeable. <br />The minutes were approved as corrected. <br />3. MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO <br />ADDRESS THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS <br />NOT ALREADY ON THE AGENDA. <br />There were none. <br />4. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Ms. Decker advised that Item 6.b.. PADR-1338/PV-131, Dustin Boyice, would be <br />continued to July 26, 2006. <br />5. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />a. PCUP-163. Gavle Thomas <br />Application for a conditional use permit to allow the sale of alcoholic beverages <br />until 1:30 a.m. daily at Tommy T's Restaurant located at 5104 Hopyard Road. <br />Zoning for the property is C-F (Freeway Commercial) District. <br />Commissioner Fox requested that Condition No. 12 be modified to indicate that the full <br />menu, with the exception of the New York Steak and Prime Rib entrees, be made <br />available until closing time. <br />Commissioner Blank moved to make the conditional findings as listed in the staff <br />report and to approve PCUP-163, subject to the conditions of approval listed in <br />Exhibit B of the staff report as recommended by staff, with the modification <br />proposed by Commissioner Fox. <br />Commissioner Pearce seconded the motion. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES June 14, 2006 <br />Page 2 of 18 <br />
