The Commission concurred with that <br />change. <br />Page 5-B <br />Commissioner Roberts inquired how many individual single-family homes aze being built <br />that were 2,000 squaze feet or under. She noted that she had not seen one and that if one <br />appeared, they should be green. She believed the Housing Commission wanted to encourage <br />smaller houses. <br />Commissioner Maas inquired whether an owner adding a room to a non-green home would <br />be required to make the addition a green room. Ms. Decker replied that would be not have to <br />be green if the addition were under 2,000 square feet. <br />Chairperson Arkin inquired whether a 30-yeaz-old home with a 1,000-squaze-foot addition <br />must be green.
