11. Public Hearing: PUD-61, Emil Oxsen and Kathleen Morrison -Introduced Ordinance No. <br />1954 approving an application for a Planned Unit Development (PUD). rezoning and <br />development plan approval to (1) rezone an approximately 10,669-square-foot parcel from <br />the R-1-6,500 (Single-Family Residential) District to the PUD-HDR (Planned Unit <br />Development -High Density Residential) District; and (2) allow the existing 1,118-square- <br />foot and 1,200-square-foot single-family detached units on separate properties located at <br />403 St. Mary Street and 730 Peters Avenue. Zoning for the property is R-1-6,500 (Single- <br />Family Residential) District and Core Area Overlay District -Sullivan voting no <br />12. Pulled from the agenda -Waive second reading and adopt Ordinance No. 1953 <br />approving the application of Regency Centers (Don Mackenzie and Pete Knoedler) Home <br />Depot for a PUD Major Modification, as filed under case PUD-81-25-7M <br />Public Works <br />13. Accepted public improvements performed by Bleyco, Inc. for the Valley Trails <br />Neighborhood Streetlight Replacement Project; authorized filing a notice of completion, <br />final payment in the amount of $1,893.35 and the payment of retention in the amount of <br />$17,267.95 <br />14. Adopted Resolution No. 07-129 authorizing an application with the Alameda County <br />Transportation Improvement Authority for allocation of Measure BBicycle/Pedestrian <br />Countywide discretionary funds and execution of a grant funding agreement <br />15. Approved a consulting services contract with Hilton, Farnkopf & Hobson, LLC (HF&H) for <br />$37,060 to prepare the City's water user rate model, analysis and recommendations for <br />calendar year 2008 and 2009; authorized transfer of $25,000 from the Water Enterprise <br />Operating and Maintenance Fund balance to account #305-536-455-4383 to fund the total <br />cost of the project <br />16. Waived second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 1952 amending sewer user fees for <br />industrial customers Dublin San Ramon Services District sewer user charge adjustments <br />17. Authorized staff to work with the City of Livermore in the preparation of a Request for <br />Proposals for the installation of an airport noise monitoring system <br />Joe Healio urged the Council to protect the health and safety, quality of life and property <br />values of Pleasanton residents to stop the City of Livermore from developing a jet port in <br />the middle of a residential community. <br />MOTION: It was m/s by Thorne/McGovern to approve Consent Calendar Items, as amended, to <br />include the plans and specifications for the Alviso Adobe Community Park project, and as <br />noted..
