PAYMENTS AND OTHER CONSIDERATIONS <br /> <br /> The City will pay the Consultant on an hourly basis for work <br />performed on this project based on the attached Fee Schedule. <br />Total payment will not exceed $24,000.00 for the full project. The <br />billing schedule will coincide with the attached estimated schedule <br />of payments and schedule of tasks. <br /> <br /> The City or the Consultant have the option to cancel the ILMS- <br />GIS study at any time by giving written notice seven (7) calendar <br />days in advance of cancellation. In the event of cancellation of <br />this agreement for any reason, Consultant will be paid fees for <br />services rendered to and including the effective date of such <br />cancellation. <br /> <br /> Maintenance or enhancement work performed outside the scope of <br />the ILMS-GIS study will be invoiced and paid separately. All <br />charges will be based upon the attached fee schedule. No <br />maintenance or enhancement work shall be completed without prior <br />authorization from the City. <br /> <br /> All reports, flow charts and other documents created during <br />the ILMS-GIS study become the property of the City. <br /> <br /> The City will make available to the Consultant any hardware or <br />software owned by the City necessary to complete reports, flow <br />charts or other documents pertaining to the ILMS-GIS study. <br /> <br /> Upon acceptance of this proposal, the City Manager and <br />Consultant will counter-sign this document as proof of acceptance. <br /> <br /> <br />
