CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-275 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH <br /> SOFTWARE ASSOCIATED PROGRAMMING SERVICES <br /> TO CONDUCT AN INTEGRATED LAND MANAGEMENT <br /> (ILMS) AND GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEMS <br /> (GIS) STUDY <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and Software Associated <br /> Programming Services, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, <br /> regarding conducting an integrated land management <br /> (ILMS) and geographic information systems (GIS) <br /> study. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the City Manager to execute the above- <br /> described agreement. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 20, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None NNE~TH..~MA <br /> K~ YOR <br /> <br />~Sa_m~/~alk~, City Clerk <br /> By Peggy L.
