CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-272 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR <br /> STONERIDGE DRIVE OVERCROSSING BENT NO. 2 <br /> SUBSTRUCTURE - NPID NO. 3, AND APPROVAL <br /> OF FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT TO OLIVER DE <br /> SILVA, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by Oliver de Silva, Inc. on the Stoneridge <br /> Drive Overcrossing Bent No. 2 Substructure, NPID <br /> No. 3, has been satisfactorily completed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is appropriate to authorize the final progress <br /> payment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The work on the Stoneridge Drive Overcrossing <br /> Bent No. 2 Substructure, NPID No. 3, is hereby <br /> accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Director of Finance is instructed to prepare <br /> a warrant in the amount of $2,291.91 in favor of <br /> Oliver de Silva, Inc., in satisfaction of the final <br /> progress payment for the above-accepted work on <br /> the Stoneridge Drive Overcrossing Bent No. 2 <br /> Substructure. Ten percent (10%) of the total <br /> contract or $10,100.02 will be retained until <br /> thirty (30) days after filing of the Notice of <br /> Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: The City Attorney is directed to file a Notice of <br /> Completion with the Alameda County Recorder. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
