CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-268 <br />ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE <br />S-6 SEWER PUMP STATION BUILDING ADDITION, <br />PROJECT N0.882039, AND APPROVAL OF FINAL <br />PROGRESS PAYMENT TO PLEASANTON <br />ENGINEERING CONTRACTORS <br />WHEREAS, work by Pleasanton Engineering Contractors on the <br />S-6 Sewer Pump Station Building Addition, Project <br />No. 882039, has been satisfactorily completed; and <br />WHEREAS, it is appropriate to authorize the final progress <br />payment; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: The work on the S-6 Sewer Pump Station Building <br />Addition is hereby accepted. <br />Section 2: The Director of Finance is instructed to prepare <br />a warrant in the amount of $630.00 in favor of <br />Pleasanton Engineering Contractors in satisfaction <br />of the final progress payment for the above- <br />accepted work on Project No. 882039. Ten percent <br />(10%) of the total contract or $3,500.00 will be <br />retained until thirty (30) days after filing of the <br />Notice of Completion. <br />Section 3: The City Attorney is directed to file a Notice of <br />Completion with the Alameda County Recorder. <br />
