CONTRACT FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES <br /> <br /> AB 1600 IMPACT FEES <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 20th day of <br />June, 1989, by and between the CITY OF PLEASANTON, a municipal <br />corporation (hereinafter referred to as "City"), and Economic and <br /> <br />Planning Systems, a California Corporation (hereinafter referred <br />to <br />as "Consultant"). <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> A. Consultant is qualified to provide, and experienced in <br />providing, consulting services and has offered its services for <br />the purposes specified in this Agreement. <br /> <br /> B. In the judgment of the City, it is necessary and <br />advisable to employ the services of Consultant for the purpose of <br />undertaking their services to review the City residential <br />construction fees for compliance with AB 1600. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants, <br />agreements, and conditions contained herein, City and Consultant <br />agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Consultant's Services. Consultant shall diligently <br />perform the services and furnish the reports, and so forth, as <br />hereinafter set forth: <br /> <br /> a. Consultant shall perform all work described in <br /> Exhibit "A", Scope of Work, attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> b. Consultant shall meet with the technical staff of <br /> the City, other pertinent agencies, as necessary <br /> to complete the scope of work outlined in Section <br /> l(a) herein. <br /> <br /> 2. City Services. In order to assist Consultant in this <br />study, City shall provide any existing master plans and <br />ordinances, necessary direction and review within a reasonable <br />time. <br /> <br /> 3. Staff. Project Manager for Consultant shall be <br />William Hendrickson. Consultant shall not replace <br />William Hendrickson without prior approval of the City. <br /> <br /> <br />
