CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-260 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF AB 1512 AND <br /> AB 2206 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 6, 1989, the Mayor presented <br /> four pieces of pending legislation for Council <br /> review and discussion; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council supports AB 1512, regarding <br /> county and regional study groups, and AB 2206, <br /> regarding open-space land preservation. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 6, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None ./~~/ <br /> :~~~ KENNETH R.
