EXHIBIT A <br /> CASE PUD 80-2-13D <br /> <br />1. That the development shall substantially conform to the plans <br /> and elevations dated April 14, 1989, on file with the <br /> Planning Department except as modified herein. <br /> <br />2. That the development shall be subject to all conditions of <br /> approval of PUD-80-2-2M. <br /> <br />3. That signage on the front elevation of Building A shall be <br /> either one centered sign over the entrance area or shall be <br /> the grouping of three signs as indicated on the submitted <br /> elevation, dated April 14, 1989. The provisions for signage <br /> for this project shall be as indicated on the site plan and <br /> as noted in the Koll Center Pleasanton Design Guidelines; all <br /> signs shall be submitted to the Planning Director for <br /> certification of compliance with these provisions and <br /> requirements prior to their installation. <br /> <br />4. That a final landscaping plan for the project shall be <br /> submitted to the Planning Director for review approval prior <br /> to the issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />5. That the entire exterior sides of the mechanical screen <br /> enclosures for both buildings shall utilize the same brick <br /> material as that utilized on the building elevations. <br /> <br />6. That if building permits are to be issued for this project <br /> prior to permits for Case PUD-80-2-11D, the developer shall <br /> be responsible for the design and installation of a traffic <br /> signal and all necessary roadway improvements at the <br /> intersection of the Interstate 680 northbound off-ramp and <br /> Bernal Avenue and the pro-rata contribution toward the cost <br /> of improvements to Bernal Avenue and Valley Avenue <br /> intersection as required in Case PUD-80-2-11D. Improvements <br /> shall be in place and monies paid prior to the final <br /> inspection of Case PUD-80-2-13D. <br /> <br />7. That this development shall be subject to all Standard <br /> Conditions of Development attached hereto and made part of <br /> this case by reference, except conditions 12, 29, 33, 46, 49, <br /> and 54. <br /> <br />(exjbt.cf2) <br /> <br /> <br />
