CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-253 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CASE PUD-80-2-13D, THE <br /> APPLICATION OF BERNALAVENUEASSOCIATES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Bernal Avenue Associates has applied for design review <br /> approval to construct a two-building, approximately <br /> 26,300 sq. ft. office complex to be located on an <br /> approximately 2.3 acre site located on the south side of <br /> Koll Center Parkway approximately 450 feet west of the <br /> intersection of Koll Center Parkway and Valley Avenue; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the <br /> development plan of the subject site (PUD-80-2) <br /> including the typical architectural and site designs for <br /> individual lots, and there are no changed circumstances <br /> or new information requiring additional environmental <br /> review; therefore, this application does not constitute <br /> a new project under CEQA and no new environmental <br /> documents accompany this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on June 6, 1989 and testimony <br /> taken concerning the proposed project including its <br /> design, cumulative impact, consistency with PUD-80-2 and <br /> the General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is <br /> consistent with PUD-80-2 as well as the City's General <br /> Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves Case PUD-80-2-13D, the application of Bernal <br /> Avenue Associates for design review approval to <br /> construct a two-building, approximately 26,300 sq. ft. <br /> office complex to be located on an approximately 2.3 <br /> acre site located on the south side of Koll Center <br /> Parkway approximately 450 feet west of the intersection <br /> of Koll Center Parkway and Valley Avenue, subject to the <br /> conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made <br /> part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
