CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-252 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CASE PUD-80-2-12D, THE <br /> APPLICATION OF BERNAL AVENUE ASSOCIATES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Bernal Avenue Associates has applied for design review <br /> approval to construct an approximately 40,000 sq. ft., <br /> two-story office building to be located on an <br /> approximately 4.7 acre site located at the northwest <br /> corner of the intersection of Koll Center Parkway and <br /> Valley Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the <br /> development plan of the subject site (PUD-80-2) <br /> including'the typical architectural and site designs for <br /> individual lots, and there are no changed circumstances <br /> or new information requiring additional environmental <br /> review; therefore, this application does not constitute <br /> a new project under CEQA and no new environmental <br /> documents accompany this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on June 6, 1989 and testimony <br /> taken concerning the proposed project including its <br /> design, cumulative impact, consistency with PUD-80-2 and <br /> the General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is <br /> consistent with PUD-80-2 as well as the City's General <br /> Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves Case PUD-80-2-12D, the application of Bernal <br /> Avenue Associates for design review approval to <br /> construct an approximately 40,000 sq. ft., two-story <br /> office building to be located on an approximately 4.7 <br /> acre site located at the northwest corner of the <br /> intersection of Koll Center Parkway and Valley Avenue, <br /> subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A", attached <br /> hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
