CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-251 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL DESIGN OF <br /> DETACHED, ONE-STORYUNITS ON LOTS 21-31 <br /> OF TRACT 5721 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Council required the final design of the ten <br /> homes adjoining existing residences in Vintage <br /> Hills, originally required to be single-story, to <br /> return to Council for review and approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on June 6, 1989 and <br /> testimony taken concerning the proposed review of <br /> final design for the detached, one-story units on <br /> Lots 21-31 of Tract 5721. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the final design, including the height <br /> and grading for the detached, one-story units on <br /> Lots 21-31 of Tract 5721 as shown on exhibits <br /> attached hereto and made part of this case by <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 6, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ~ Y R <br /> KE NETH R.
