Project <br /> expenses include project-related costs such as transportation, subsistence, reproduction, <br /> computer charges and subcontractor services. Each project may be subject to initial set up <br /> and coordination fees. <br /> <br /> Invoices are due and payable within 30 days. Invoices paid after 30 days will be subject to <br /> separate billings of 1-1/2 percent per month of unpaid balance.
