CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-242 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, TRACT <br /> 5552, COUNTRY FAIR ESTATES - PONDEROSA <br /> INDUSTRIES, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the public improvements for <br /> Tract 5552, Country Fair Estates - Ponderosa <br /> Industries, Inc., has been completed and a <br /> maintenance bond has been posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, acceptance of said public improvements has been <br /> recommended by the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities in his report to the City Council <br /> (SR 89:235); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That the public improvements installed in Tract <br /> 5552, Country Fair Estates - Ponderosa Industries, <br /> Inc., are hereby accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Attorney's office is directed to file a <br /> Notice of Completion <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 6, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None ~E/T~R.~ <br />ATTEST: KEN <br /> <br />Jame~ ~. ~a~ker,~ity Clerk <br />By Peggy L.
