CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-241 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF <br /> FUNDING WITHIN VARIOUS TRAFFIC SIGNAL <br /> INTERCONNECT CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br /> PROJECTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities <br /> presented his report (SR 89:234) to the City <br /> Council requesting the transfer of funding within <br /> various Traffic Signal Interconnect Capital <br /> Improvement Projects. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Authorizes transferring $60,000 from CIP No. <br /> 875032, Traffic Signal Interconnect - Other <br /> Locations, to CIP Nos. 885005 and 865005, Traffic <br /> Signal Interconnect - Santa Rita Road. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes transferring $17,000 from the Traffic <br /> Signal Interconnects - Other Locations to CIP No. <br /> 885029 - Foothill Interconnect Project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 6, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None NET~MERC/~~ER, MA ~ <br />ATTEST: KEN YOR <br /> <br />Jame~.UW~lke~ City Clerk <br />By Peggy L.
