CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-238 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR NIELSEN PARK, PROJECT <br /> NO. 877054, AND AUTHORIZING CAILING FOR <br /> BIDS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br /> report (SR 89:248), advised the City Council that <br /> plans and specifications had been completed for <br /> Nielsen Park, Project No. 877054, and that said <br /> plans have been reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 6, 1989, the City Council <br /> reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works <br /> and Utilities relating to the project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for <br /> Nielsen Park, Project No. 877054. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above <br /> project. <br /> <br /> Section 3: Authorizes the transfer of $151,275.00 from <br /> Project No. 887059, Aquatic Center Renovation, to <br /> Project No. 877054, Nielsen Park. <br /> <br /> Section 4: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 6, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None ~~/~/~ J <br /> <br />~~ KE~NNETH ~.
