CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-237 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS - DEL <br /> PRADO PARK, CIP 887014 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by A. V. & C. Construction, Inc. on the <br /> improvements to Del Prado Park, Project No. 887014, <br /> has been satisfactorily completed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, acceptance of said public improvements has been <br /> recommended by the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities in his report to the City Council <br /> (SR 89:249); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That the public improvements installed in Del <br /> Prado Park, CIP 887014, are hereby accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: Ten percent (10%) of the total contract or <br /> $39,760.50 will be retained until thirty (30) days <br /> after recording of the Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: The City Clerk's office is directed to record a <br /> Notice of Completion <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 6, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None Nf~MERCE~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: K <br /> <br />Ja~~/~alk~, City <br />By Peggy L.
