CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-234 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FORT HE OPERATIONS SERVICE <br /> CENTER, PROJECT NO. 868043, AND <br /> AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS AND APPROVAL <br /> OF CONTRACT WITH CH2M HILL FOR PLAN <br /> REVIEW FOR THE OPERATIONS SERVICE CENTER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br /> report (SR 89:265), advised the City Council that <br /> plans and specifications had been completed for <br /> the Operations Service Center, Project No. 868043, <br /> and that said plans have been reviewed by staff; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 6, 1989, the City Council <br /> reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works <br /> and Utilities relating to the project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> Operations Service Center, Project No. 868043. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above <br /> project. <br /> <br />Section 3: Approves the Contract for Consultant Services <br /> with CH2M Hill for Plan Review for the Operations <br /> Service Center, a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 4: Authorizes the City Manager to execute the above- <br /> described Agreement. <br /> <br />Section 5: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
