persons or facilities taking said service as of October 1 and <br />April 1 of each year. Collector shall, on October 1 and April 1, <br />submit to the City a duplicate listing of the number of persons <br />or facilities upon which each semi-annual payment is made. <br />SECTION 6 - LOCATION OF COLLECTIONS <br />6.1. Collection of residential refuse will be made at <br />curbside. Backyard service may be arranged at Collector's option <br />by agreement, for an additional fee. <br />6.2 Curbside - At locations electing curbside pick-up, <br />collections of refuse shall be made from the curb along the <br />street in front of each property. <br />6.3 Backyard Collections - At locations electing off-street <br />or backyard pick-up, collection of refuse shall be made from the <br />point where the owner or tenant and Collector agree to locate the <br />containers for collection. Such location shall not be within an <br />enclosed building that may be locked nor inside of locked gates, <br />fences, or walls. If refuse is transferred from one container to <br />another container device or vehicle, it shall be done neatly, and <br />any spilled material shall be recollected and no material shall <br />be left strewn or spilled on the premises. Collector shall <br />protect all property and bear full responsibility for any damages <br />thereto. <br />6. <br />
