~, MINUTE S PLANNING COMMISSION Pleasanton, California Multi-Purpose Roam - Valley Vinw School 480 Adams Court February 12, 1969 The regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Commission was called to order by Chairman Plato at 8:00 PM. 1, ROLL CALL PRESENT Commissioner Antonini Commissioner Arnold Co®isaioner Carrigan Commissioner Gibbs Chairman Plato Secretary Castro ABSENT 2.~ APPROVAL, OF MINUTES There were corrections as follows: a. Item Sa. UP-68-11, Pentecostal Church of God, Page 2 - Add, "Upon motion of Commissioner Arnold, seconded by Commissioner Gibbs, and carried, the following resolution was offered." b. Item 6b. D 6 V Builders, Inc., Tract X2837 (PUD), Page 5 - Change the name, "Pat Aill" to "Pat Gill." c. Item 6c. Falender Homes, Page 5, Paragraph 3 - Change "the road'' to "West I.as Poaitas" and delete "up and X680 is open." Upon motion of Commissioner Gibbs, seconded by Commissioner Carrigan, and carried, the minutes of the meeting of January 22, 1969, were approved as revised. 4. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO TBB AGENDA Add: 13b - Resolution of Intent to amend Article 17, Zoning Ordinance No. 520 regarding A-Board aigna. 13c - Resolution of intent to amend Article 22, Sec. 22.104a, regarding nonconforming aigna. 5. OLD BUSINESS a. Application for an amendment to Zoning Ordinance No. 520 to rezone from an A (Agricultural) District to an 0 (office) District and a P (Public and Institutional) District, that property described as the southwest corner of Black Avenue and Santa Rita Road, containing approximately 11.25 acres (Public Hearing continued from January 22, 1969). Chairman Plato opened the Public Hearing. The Planning Director explained the staff report and called the Commissioners' attention to the staff report where on the first page was listed the names of the individuals who were contacted in attempts to make a complete study and evaluation of the hospital and medical needs of Pleasanton. - 1 -
