M I N U T B S <br />PLANNING COMlIISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />Pleasanton Justice Court <br />30 West Angela Street <br />May 28, 1969 <br />The regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Commission was called to order by <br />Chairman Plato at 8:40 PM. <br />1. BOLL CALL. <br />YRESBNT Ca®isaioner Antonini <br />Commissioner Carrigan <br />Commissioner Gibbs <br />Chairman Plato <br />Secretary Castro <br />ABSENT None <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTBS. <br />There was one modification: - On Page 4 of the minutes for May 14, on the second <br />from the last line, change "bicycle repair" to "welding." These modifications <br />having been noted, upon motion of Cammisaionnr Gibbs, seconded by Commissioner . <br />Carrigan, and carried, the minutes of the meeting of May 14, 1969, were approved <br />as revised. <br />4. RBVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO TH8 AGBNDA, <br />There were three additions: <br />8a - Revisions in the one model home in the Falender Tract #3102, for the front <br />yard setback. <br />8b - Reminder regarding the joint meeting of the Planning Couanisaion and City <br />Council regarding amendments to the P.U.D., Article 13. <br />8c - Letter froze the California League of Cities. <br />5. OLD BUSINBSS. <br />a. BZ-69-2, D 8 V Builders, Inc. <br />Application to amend Zoning Ordinance No. 520 to rezone from an A (Agricultural) <br />District to a BM-1500 (Multiple Family) District that property described as <br />Parcel 2 of Assessor's Map Book 946, Block 3265, containing approximately 3,34 acres, <br />or that parcel commonly known as Lying immediately north of the B1 Rancho Motel <br />on the west side of Santa Rita Road (Public Hearing continaed from March 26, <br />1969). <br />Chairman Plato opened the Public Hearing. The applicant requested that the matter <br />be continued indefinitely as was recanaaended in the Planning staff report. This <br />was due primarily to the lack of final zoning for those properties within <br />Amexstion 49, which encompasses this application. <br />Upon motion of Co®isaioner Carrigan, seconded by Coamissioner Antonini, and <br />carried, the Public Hearing was closed. <br />- 1 - <br />
