M I N U T B S PLANNING COMlIISSION Pleasanton, California Pleasanton Justice Court 30 West Angela Street May 28, 1969 The regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Commission was called to order by Chairman Plato at 8:40 PM. 1. BOLL CALL. YRESBNT Ca®isaioner Antonini Commissioner Carrigan Commissioner Gibbs Chairman Plato Secretary Castro ABSENT None 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTBS. There was one modification: - On Page 4 of the minutes for May 14, on the second from the last line, change "bicycle repair" to "welding." These modifications having been noted, upon motion of Cammisaionnr Gibbs, seconded by Commissioner . Carrigan, and carried, the minutes of the meeting of May 14, 1969, were approved as revised. 4. RBVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO TH8 AGBNDA, There were three additions: 8a - Revisions in the one model home in the Falender Tract #3102, for the front yard setback. 8b - Reminder regarding the joint meeting of the Planning Couanisaion and City Council regarding amendments to the P.U.D., Article 13. 8c - Letter froze the California League of Cities. 5. OLD BUSINBSS. a. BZ-69-2, D 8 V Builders, Inc. Application to amend Zoning Ordinance No. 520 to rezone from an A (Agricultural) District to a BM-1500 (Multiple Family) District that property described as Parcel 2 of Assessor's Map Book 946, Block 3265, containing approximately 3,34 acres, or that parcel commonly known as Lying immediately north of the B1 Rancho Motel on the west side of Santa Rita Road (Public Hearing continaed from March 26, 1969). Chairman Plato opened the Public Hearing. The applicant requested that the matter be continued indefinitely as was recanaaended in the Planning staff report. This was due primarily to the lack of final zoning for those properties within Amexstion 49, which encompasses this application. Upon motion of Co®isaioner Carrigan, seconded by Coamissioner Antonini, and carried, the Public Hearing was closed. - 1 -
