ROLL CALL. <br />PRESENT Commissioner Antonini <br />Commissioner Gibbs <br />Conmiissioner Pereira <br />Commissioner Pons <br />Chairman Carrigan <br />Secretary Castro <br />ABSENT None <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES. <br />The approval of the minutes was deferred as no minutes were submitted. <br />4. REVISI(~ AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA. <br />Addition - 7e - Valley Trails Sidewalks survey. <br />Deletion - Continuation to meeting of October 8, 1969• <br />5a - RZ-69-14, First Pleasanton Investors <br />6c - RZ-69-19, Jeff Bumb <br />7c - Falender Homes - Review of landscaping along Foothill Road. <br />7d.- Fairlands Study <br />9a -Approval of Tentative Tract #3133 <br />5. oLD BusINESS. <br />a. PUD-69-5 Stoneson Develo ent Co oration <br />Application to rezone from the R-1- 500 Single Family) District to the P.U.D. <br />(Planned Unit Development) District that portion of land described as Parcel 1-9, <br />Assessor's Map Book 941, Block 1050, and Parcel 4-2, Assessor's Map Book g41, <br />containing 30 acres, more or less (Public Hearing continued from September 10, 1969). <br />Chairman Carrigan opened the Public Hearing. Commissioner Antonini inquired <br />about the number of parking spaces. The reply was that based on the two per <br />unit which will be covered and 211 open parking spaces, making a total of 715 <br />parking stalls, would equal a 2.8 parking space per unit ratio. The Planning <br />Director remarked that this is more than is normally requested. In addition, <br />the storage areas for boat and trailer equipment appears to be satisfactory. <br />The Planning Director reaffirmed the Planning Department position of approval <br />for this application. <br />The members in the audience who were in favor of this application were: <br />Mr. John Dew, 7703 Fairbrook Court - Vice President of the Stoneridge <br />Homeowners Association. A meeting was held the Monday before, and at that <br />meeting a conclusion was reached by the members of said association that they <br />wished to go on record on behalf of the Homeowners Association of Stoneridge as <br />being in favor of this project. <br />Mr. Ted Fairfield of MacKay & Somps, the engineer for the project, stated that <br />it was his understanding the action before the Commission is approval of the <br />preliminary development plan and approval of the preliminary map. <br />-1- <br />
