EOLL CALL. <br />PRESENT Commissioner Antonini <br />Commissioner Gibbs <br />Commissioner Pereira <br />Commissioner Pons <br />Chairman Garrigan <br />Secretary Castro <br />ABSENT None <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES. <br />Regarding the minutes of September 24, 1969, Commissioner Pons had some queatinns <br />concerning the application of Stoneson Development Corporation, which were satisfied <br />by the Planning Director. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Pereira, seconded by Commissioner Gibbs, and carried, <br />the minutes of the meetings of September 3, September 10 and September 24, 1969, <br />were approved as submitted. <br />4. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA. <br />Additions: lla - Referrals from City Council - Valley Trails sidewalks. <br />13a - Matters for information of Commission - Interim zoning for <br />Annexation #61. <br />Deletions: Sa - RZ-69-14, First Pleasanton Investors (continued to Oct.22, 1969). <br />Sb - RZ-69-19, Jeff Bumb (continued to Oct. 22, 1969). <br />Sc - UP-69-14, Jeff Bumb (continued to Oct. 22, 1969). <br />7a - Fairlands Study (continued to Nov. 5,.1969). <br />7b - Falender Homes - review of landscaping along Foothill Road. <br />(continued to Oct. 22, 1969). <br />9a - Tentative Tract #2574 (continued to Oct. 22, 1969). <br />9b - Tentative Tract #3133 (continued to Oct. 22, 1969). <br />9c - Industrial Tract #3164 (B) (continued to Oct. 22, 1969). <br />Chairman Garrigan requested that the application under Sa, First Pleasanton Investors, <br />aad its corresponding tract #3133, be in a position to be reviewed bylthe meeting <br />of October 22, 1969. <br />6.
