This is <br />due to the approximately $100,000 already <br />expended on improvement of the ground for <br />the mobile home park originally applied for <br />in 1967 by Mr. Overpack at the property <br />known as 3263 Vineyard Avenue. <br />Mr. Brown requested that the Commissioners <br />not act on the conditional use permit that <br />evening to permit him time to work out the <br />problems involved with the situation. <br />Considerable discussion ensued between the <br />Commissioners and both Mr. Stacy and <br />Mr. Brown. <br />There being no further testimony, the Public <br />Hearing was closed. <br />A resolution recommending approval for the <br />rezoning of the parcel at 3163 Vineyard <br />Avenue to the EM-4 District was entered and <br />passed. <br />A second resolution recommending approval f <br />the conditional use permit for said parcel <br />at 3163 Vineyard Avenue subject to certain <br />conditions and in the name of Jim Stacy in <br />lieu of Cal-Hawaiian, was entered and passe <br />this last subject to the approval and judg- <br />ment of the City Attorney. Commissioner Po, <br />wished to go on record as abstaining from <br />making a vote due to not having the benefit <br />of legal counsel at the public hearing. <br />CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT H. C. Elliott - application for a conditions <br />UP-69-21, use permit to allow the construction of a <br />Continued. sales office complex, model home pavilion <br />and parking area to be located on Lots 4-11, <br />Tract 3024, generally those lots located on <br />Cambridge Court, Pleasanton. <br />The Public Hearing was opened by Chairman <br />Carrigan. <br />- 7 - <br />
