M, Friday, September <br />2, 1955. Absent, Commissioner Hewitson, Mrs. Hector of the <br />City Council was present, <br />Minutes of the last meeting were approved, <br />A continued hearing for Anthony Roae was held. Th• <br />secretary stated that the map showing Rap Street as unrestricted <br />xas a true map, and that there were no setback lines in the <br />zoning ordinance, giving the Planning Commlaaion jurisdiction, <br />Anthony Rose was present and was so informed., <br />On the continued hearing for Georg• Engelhardt, the <br />secretary reported the same zone applied. Mr. Engelhardt <br />was not present. <br />On motion of Co~isaioner Garibaldi, seconded by <br />Hanifen, unanimously carried. Commission recommended to the <br />City Council that both applicants Engelhardt and Roae be mad• <br />to comply with all fire, health, safety and building laws and <br />ordinances affecting their premises. <br />Hearing for variance for Mrs, John Block, 360 E. <br />Angela Street, was held. No proteatanta appeared, <br />Resolution No. 3 was introduced by Commissioner <br />Nevis, seconded by Commissioner Brenner, unanimously passed, <br />provided that Mrs. Block be granted a variance to build a <br />garage one foot from her property line at 360 E. Angela Street. <br />The regular meeting night September 15. 1955 at <br />8;00 P. M, was set as a date for public hearing for <br />-1- <br />
