.. ri <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />IN THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEAgApTON <br />COUNTY pF ALAIKEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />M I ~ U T ~ yg , <br />A regular meeting of the planning Co mnission of the <br />City of Pleasanton was held at 8:00 p, M, Thursday, November <br />17~ 1955, at Citp Rall, Pleasanton, Commissioners Hanifen, <br />Ranson and Nevis were absent, Minutes of the last meeting were <br />approved, <br />I Public hearing on application of Arthur <br />zonin Carrol for <br />g variance was continued to the next meeting upon agreement <br />by applicant and upon receipt of letter from Mr, Renry Cook, <br />The incomplete application of Bill and Ollie <br />Ackerman was referred to the City Engineer, <br />of Sunol ~~~yle Carr <br />, addressed the Planning Commias~n^con ning the <br />five acre limitation for residential units in Agricultural A2 <br />zones, <br />The City Clerks letter of November 2nd, stating <br />recommendations for consideration by the Planning Commission, <br />was discussed with the aid of the City Engineer Charles Pestana <br />and the Mayor James Trimingham, <br />The following action was taken; <br />1. Proposed street north and parallel to Vineyarfl <br />-venue to the Remen Tract; approved on motion of Commissioner <br />lrenner, seconded by Commissioner Rewitson, <br />2. Fire zones; to be worked out on a map after <br />urther hearing, <br />f <br />3. Fences around junkgards; For further study, <br />4. Parking in business districts; to ask Chamber <br />Commerce for their views, <br />o; <br />-1- <br />
