IN THE P!.ANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY IDF ALAMEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />M I N U T E S <br />A regular meeting of the Planning Commission was held <br />tS:00 P. M, Thursday, January 26, 1986. Absent, Chairman Orloff, <br />Councilmen Abrott, Hector and Hansen, Mere present. <br />Public hearing ese permit H. J. Deetz was held, and on <br />motion of Hewitson seconde8 by Nevis, favorable recommendation <br />was sent to Council, <br />Public hearing for street connecting Rose and Division <br />Avenues was held, Mr, Edgar F, Davis, ad engineer present for <br />the County Surveyor. After discussion by residents of the area, <br />and on motion of Commissioner Hansen seconded by Hanifen, recom- <br />mendation to the Council that said street he put through and the <br />place and location shown on County Surveyors map, <br />Rev. Carl T. Carlin of side Chappel, Livermore, <br />asked the Council of its requirements for church proposed in <br />Roy Jensen Tract. .Tabled for further discussion. Request of <br />Archie H, Shotweil for variance was tabled for a conference with <br />applicant, <br />Finance Committee of the City Council discussed the <br />position of Secretary. Council ~ the Planning Commission afire <br />that 1Pilliam Struthers would continue to serve through February <br />1956, and that thereafter either the Administrator or the City <br />Clerk would assume the Secretary dutp, <br />Councilwoman Hector discussed run-down houses in the <br />city, <br />The meeting was adjourned. <br /> <br />
