i <br />`- 1L.' <br /> <br />IN THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF AL4tMEDA, STATli OF CALIFORNIA <br />M I N U T E S <br />A regular adjourned meeting of the Planning Commission was held <br />Wednesday, April 4, 1956, at 8:00 P.M., at the City Hall, with Ehairman <br />Orloff presiding. ROLL CALL showed present: Commissioners Brenner, <br />Hanifen, Hansen and Nevis. Absent: Commissioners Garibaldi and Hewit- <br />son. <br />Minutes of the regular meeting of March 15th and a special meet- <br />ing of March 23rd were read and approved as read. <br />Public Hearing concerning Tentative Subdivision Map Tract No. <br />1752 xas held. On motion of Commissioner Nevis, seconded by Commis- <br />sioner Hanifen, and approved by all Commissioners present, Tentative <br />Map of Tract 1752 was approved subject to Engineer Pestana~s conditions <br />of approval, as follows; <br />See Nb:hibit "A". <br />On motion of Commissioner Nevis, seconded by Commissioner Hanifen, <br />unanimously passed, recommendation will be sent to the Council that <br />Tract No. 1752 be annexed to the Pleasanton Township County Water <br />District, but this was not included in the Conditions of approval. <br />Public Hearing to consider the following proposed amendments to <br />Zoning Ordinance No. 228 was held. <br />1. Front yards to be not less than 20 feet in depth, in residential <br />zones. This shall apply to annexations and new subdivisioctsonly. <br />2. Minimum residential lot sizes to be not less than 6,000 square <br />feet in new subdivisions. <br />3. Newly annexed territory to be zoned as specified by the City <br />Council in the annexation ordinance for a period of 120 days. <br />As there were no protests, upon motion of Commissioner Hanifen, <br />seconded by Commissioner Nevis, unanimously passed, recommendation to <br />be sent to the Council that Ordinance No. 228 be amended as stated above. <br />-1- <br />
