IN THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />M I N U T E S <br />The City Planning Commission met in Special session at 1:00 P.M., <br />on April 16, 1956, with Chairman Orloff presiding. The meetir~ was <br />called on an emergency request of. Mr. Jack Aenningsen. Mr. Henniggsen <br />wishes to purchase the Franic Feria house at 631 W. Division Street and <br />move same to the rear of his property at 619 W. Division Street. Mr. <br />Henningsen stated the County will commence work on the new street <br />connecting Rose Avenue and Division Street May 1st. He presented a <br />No Protest petition from adjoining property owners, namely, Mrs. Anna <br />Peters, Alfred J. Avilla and L. R. Connaway, that they had no objection. <br />Since there is no violation of City Ordinanceā€ž the Planning Commission, <br />on motion of Commissioner Hewitson, seconded by Commissioner Hanifen, <br />and approved by all Commissioners preseirt, recommends to the City Council <br />approval of his request for a permit. Date of Public Hearing was set <br />for April 30, 1956, at 8:00 P.M. <br />There being no further business to come before the meeting, same <br />was adjourned at 1:30 P.
