IN THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />M I N U T E S <br />A special meeting of the Planning Commission was held Friday, <br />March 23, 1956, at 1;00 P.M., at the City Hall, with Chairman Orloff <br />presiding. ROLL CALL showed present: Commissioners Brenner, Hanifen <br />and Nevis. Absent: Commissioners Garibaldi, Hansen and Hewitson. <br />The purpose of the meeting was to approve Tentative Map Tract <br />No. 1752 and set a date for a public hearing, also to set a date for <br />public hearing on proposed amendment to Zoning Ordinance No. 228. <br />On motion of Commissioner Nevis, seconded by Commissioner Brenner, <br />and approved by all Commissioners present, Tentative Map Tract No. <br />to <br />1752 was approved, subject/same conditions as Tract No. 1720. Date of <br />Public Hearing was set for April 4, 1956, at 8:00 P.M. <br />Date for Public Hearir4; on the proposed amendment to Zanin„a Ordi- <br />nance No. 228 was also set for April 4, 195ti, at 8:00 P.M. <br />There being no further business to come before the meeting, same <br />was adjourned at 1:10 P.M. to meet again in regular adjourned session <br />April 4th, at 8:00 P.M. <br />~ tivu~r/ <br />Secretary <br />
